Eligibility Criteria for PNB LBO Recruitment 2025 (DRDO CEPTAM 11 Equivalent)

Education Qualification

The educational eligibility differs for both posts.

Senior Technical Assistant-B (STA-B)

• B.Sc. Degree OR
• Diploma in Engineering/Technology/Computer Science
  in disciplines such as Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science, Civil, Chemical, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Agriculture, Zoology, Botany, Library Science, etc.

Technician-A (Tech-A)

• 10th Pass, and
• ITI Certificate / NTC / NAC in relevant trades such as Fitter, Electrician, Machinist, Welder, Mechanic, COPA, Draughtsman, Turner, Electronics, Refrigeration & AC, etc.

Age Limit

The age criteria for both posts are:

Age relaxation applicable as per government norms for SC/ST/OBC/PwD/ESM candidates.

PNB LBO Application Fee (DRDO CEPTAM 11 Equivalent)

The application fee must be paid online using UPI/Net banking/card.

Salary Details

DRDO provides salary as per 7th CPC Pay Matrix along with allowances.

Selection Process

• CBT 1 (Screening Test)
• CBT 2 (Final Selection Test)

For Technician-A

• CBT 1
• Trade/Skill Test

Final selection is based on merit in CBT (and skill test where applicable) and document verification.
