These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to Jobsme.in (the “Website”) and related services— including government job notifications, current affairs capsules, quizzes, mock tests, and preparation tools (collectively, the “Service”).
By creating an account, consuming free resources, or interacting with our social channels, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service immediately.
Jobsme.in curates government exam information, practice content, and study utilities so aspirants can prepare smarter. Features may change, be paused, or be improved without prior notice.
We may introduce optional paid resources or premium add-ons. Any new module remains subject to these Terms.
Provide accurate, current information when you sign up or submit a contact form. You are responsible for all activity happening through your account and for keeping credentials secure.
By registering you consent to receive service communications (exam alerts, security notifications, onboarding tips). Marketing emails can be opted out using the unsubscribe link.
Accounts suspected of misuse, automation, or sharing confidential materials may be suspended or removed.
All text, images, videos, quizzes, and downloadable resources published on Jobsme.in are owned by Smartzoz Technologies or licensed contributors. Do not copy, scrape, mirror, or resell our content without written permission.
If you submit feedback or suggestions, you grant Jobsme.in the right to use that input to improve the Service without owing compensation.
Do not upload or share content that is defamatory, discriminatory, pornographic, or otherwise unlawful. Do not attempt to disrupt the Service through bots, scripts, reverse engineering, or unauthorized access.
Use the Service only for personal exam preparation. Commercial coaching outfits must contact us for separate licensing.
Most Jobsme.in resources are currently free. When we introduce paid plans or premium add-ons, we will update these Terms and share pricing upfront before any charge is made.
Future auto-renewing subscriptions (if launched) will be clearly labeled with cancellation steps available from your dashboard or by emailing support.
The Service may include links to official exam boards, YouTube, Telegram, WhatsApp, or other platforms. Jobsme.in is not responsible for external content or policies; use third-party sites at your own risk.
Interacting with our social posts means your engagement may be visible according to those platform settings. We do not collect private social data.
Jobsme.in may run Google Ads, sponsored placements, or affiliate links (for example, to recommended books or preparation accessories). Such promotions help keep the core platform free.
Affiliate or ad-supported recommendations are always labelled, and clicking them is optional. Prices, shipping, or fulfilment are handled by the respective merchant; review their terms before purchasing.
We may receive referral fees when you purchase through our links, but editorial coverage remains independent and fact-driven.
Jobsme.in is provided “as is.” While we fact-check notifications and resources, official authorities may update information without notice. Always verify with the originating exam body before making decisions.
Jobsme.in, its team, and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of—or inability to use—the Service. Liability, if any, is capped at the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months (if applicable).
We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion if these Terms are breached or to address security, compliance, or misuse issues.
You may delete your account anytime by contacting jobsme.sekar@gmail.com. Key obligations about intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, subject to any applicable statutory dispute resolution process.
We may update these Terms when we launch new features or when laws change. The “Last Updated” date at the top reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
