• Holding an analogous post on a regular basis.

OR

• Working in Level-6 of the Pay Matrix with at least three years of regular service.

Educational Qualification

• MBA with Personnel or Finance specialization of two years' duration from a recognized University or AICTE-approved institution.

OR

• Post Graduate Degree/Post Graduate Diploma in:
  • Personnel Management
  • Human Resource Management
  • Finance

What Does Deputation Mean?

Deputation is a temporary transfer of a government employee from their parent department to another organization. Selected candidates will continue to retain their lien in their parent department while serving in BIS for the deputation period.
