NCLT Recruitment 2026 Eligibility Criteria

Joint Registrar Eligibility

• Degree in Law from recognised university.
• Officers holding analogous post or possessing required regular service in Level-11 or Level-12 pay matrix.
• Experience in personnel and administrative matters required.

Deputy Registrar Eligibility

• Degree in Law required.
• Experience in court, establishment, or administrative matters.
• Service eligibility as prescribed under deputation rules.

Assistant Registrar Eligibility

• Law degree from recognised university.
• Experience in administrative or court matters.
• Regular service in Level-7 to Level-10 according to post conditions.

Programmer Eligibility

• B.E./B.Tech in CS/IT or MCA from recognised institute.
• Required regular service experience in relevant pay levels.

Private Secretary Eligibility

• Dictation speed: 110 WPM in English.
• Transcription speed: 55 WPM on computer.
• Relevant stenography experience mandatory.

Staff Car Driver Eligibility

• 10th Pass qualification.
• Valid motor car driving licence.
• Knowledge of motor mechanism.
• Minimum 3 years driving experience.

Important Eligibility Condition

Only officers already serving in Central Government, State Government, UTs, Courts, Tribunals, or Statutory Organisations are eligible to apply. Direct fresh candidates are not eligible.
