HPCL Graduate Apprentice Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must satisfy the following eligibility conditions before applying.

Educational Qualification

Applicants should possess:

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
• B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
• B.E./B.Tech in Instrumentation Engineering

Additional eligibility:

• Degree must be recognized by AICTE/UGC or the competent authority.
• General/OBC-NCL candidates must have minimum 60% aggregate marks.
• SC/ST/PwBD candidates must have minimum 50% aggregate marks.
• Candidates should have completed Engineering Graduation on or after 01 September 2023.
• Candidates with one year or more of work experience are not eligible.
• Candidates must be registered on the NATS 2.0 Portal.

HPCL Graduate Apprentice Stipend

Selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend of ₹25,000, comprising:

• ₹20,500 paid by HPCL.
• ₹4,500 paid by the Government of India through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT).
