The Kerala State Co-operative Service Examination Board (CSEB) has released the Kerala CSEB Recruitment 2026 Notification for 133 vacancies in various cooperative banks across Kerala. The recruitment includes posts such as Secretary, Assistant Secretary, Chief Accountant, Junior Clerk/Cashier, System Administrator, and Data Entry Operator (DEO).

Educational Qualification

Secretary

• Degree with HDC&BM and relevant cooperative banking experience; OR
• B.Sc (Co-operation & Banking); OR
• MBA/M.Com (Finance)/CA qualification with prescribed experience.

Assistant Secretary / Chief Accountant

• Degree with minimum 50% marks.
• HDC/HDC&BM/JDC or equivalent cooperative qualification.

Junior Clerk / Cashier

• SSLC or equivalent.
• JDC/HDC or equivalent cooperative qualification.
• B.Com (Co-operation) and related qualifications are also eligible.

System Administrator

• B.Tech (Computer Science/IT/ECE) or MCA.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Data Entry Operator

• Degree from a recognized university.
• Data Entry course certificate.
• One year experience as DEO.

Kerala CSEB Selection Process 2026

The selection process consists of:

Stage 1: Written Examination

• Online or OMR-based examination depending on the post.
• Total Marks: 80 or 100 (as prescribed).

Stage 2: Interview

• Conducted by the concerned Cooperative Institution.
• Candidates shortlisted in the written examination will be called for interview.

Final Selection

• Based on combined performance in written examination and interview.
